Our most popular Venison flavour, this one is cut thin (even thinner than the beef) and has initially delicate flavour but one which intensifies and develops.
Venison Jerky Cracked Black Pepper flavour

Venison with a burst of pepper
The cracked black pepper gives an extra lift to the regular flavour of the venison. Bursting out when you crunch on a peppercorn.
We've been told this one goes particularly well with champagne.

Venison Jerky Chilli Flavour

with just a little 'bite' - growing steadily
Delicately cut, our venison jerky is a little less 'spicy' than our beef jerky chilli flavour. The heat still builds up as you work your way through the pack. We're told it goes great with a smoky malt from the Western side of Scotland!
