Beef Jerky and Venison Jerky from the Highlands of Scotland

Produced from prime Scotch Beef and wild Highland Venison
Delivered directly to you!

We operate under the laws of Scotland and are registered for VAT in the UK under registration number 796 9856 32. Jerky is however Zero rated for VAT purposes, so we do not have to add this to your order.

These laws give you the right to expect to receive your jerky in good condition and suitable to enjoy as we intended. If for any reason, you believe this not to be the case, please return it we'll do our utmost to rectify the situation. So please state (even if obvious) for what reason you feel the pack/jerky is not suitable and suggest what you think would fairly correct the situation.

Your rights

Under the Sale of Goods Act and the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to:-

  • Expect that our Jerky is 'fit for purpose' - so basically that it's edible

  • A 7 day 'cooling off period' (starting form the day after delivery) - during which you can cancel our contract for any reason.

  • Return costs are at our expense, but you must take care of the product (See your obligations).

  • Refunds will be for the cost of the Jerky, but will not include the original cost of delivery to you.

In addition:-

Your Obligations

  • If you intend to return the Jerky, you must take reasonable care of it for a period of up to 21 days, to allow us to make arrangements for its return to us. Reasonable care means that when it gets back to us, it is still suitable for re-use. Once you've opened the pack though, you cannot return it unless there is something wrong with the Jerky itself.

  • You should let us know of any problems immediately, but in any case before the expiry of your 'cooling off period' of 7 days. After this time, we will deal with any problems at our discretion.

In short, if something is wrong - tell us!   If not - tell everyone!
