Refunds & Returns
It is our aim to provide you with the highest quality of Beef and Venison Jerky. If you find something wrong with our Jerky, please let us know immediately, so we can try to remedy it.
There are three steps:-
First - please make contact with us and let us know what is not to your satisfaction - you can do this by a number of means. See our contact details page.
Second - please keep the Jerky in the pack in which you received it and in good condition. Please don't put it in the fridge (as this will make it moist), but back into it's envelope and into the post as soon as you can.
Third - assuming we agree there is something wrong, we will immediately replace it, and/or provide you with a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
