Jerky & Drink Combination - Beef Jerky & Bloody Mary
Given to us by two Californians: Drop the jerky into the bloody mary. Drink the bloody mary, then finally eat the jerky which has now soaked up all the alcohol.

When should I eat jerky?
Eat it anytime. It's light, so many people use it as a backup. Lots of protein goodness and very little weight to carry.

Source of the meat and a little about our production process

Our jerky is made entirely in the Highlands of Scotland, from 100% pure Scottish grass fed beef and wild Highland venison. On receipt of the piece of topside, we remove the fat covering. So our staring point is Trimmed Topside.

We then cut this topside into strips, removing grissle in the process to ensure only the purest, top quality strips make it into our jerky.

These strips are then marinated before being laid out on our trays, for dehydration in our air dryer. The trays are what gives our jerky round marks on one side.

When ready, we vacuum pack the jerky to keep it fresh and safe for you to enjoy within the next YEAR.
