All our beef comes from grass fed herds of cattle reared in the Highlands of Scotland.

The first and still the most popular product we produce. Our beef jerky is slowly marinated and hand prepared to bring the honest to goodness taste of beef. Just like your Sunday roast!

  • Beef Jerky Smoky Flavour

    Hint of smoke in the after taste

    Chew for a few seconds until the flvaour of the beef emerges. Soon after you'll get the second flavour of the smoke, which lingers even after you've finished eating the jerky.

  • Beef Jerky Mild Mustard Flavour

    Beefy flavour with a hint of mustard

    Nothing goes better with beef than a bit of mustard. Not spicy, this mustard flavour is subtle and comes through slowly through as you work your way through the pack.

  • Beef Jerky Curry Flavour

    Curry flavour but not hot hot

    Not hot like the chilli, curry flavour combines a number of spices to be more flavoursome than hot. Chilli, coriander, cumin, and ginger are all evident in this flavour.
