Our Original flavour is made using our own secret marinade then air dried to seal in the freshness.

• First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs.
• Next we marinade and when ready,
• we air dry them and chop into strips
• and vacuum pack ready for you to open up and eat.
