Mustard flavour
One of our new flavours, only available in beef, our Mustard flavoured jerky is made using our own secret mustard marinade then air dried to seal in the freshness. Our aim is to provide a mildish mustard to compliment the flavour of the beef rather than overpower it. So while the heat will 'develop' as the taste does, it should not be too hot.
