Curry flavour
One of our new flavours, only available in beef, our curry flavoured jerky is made using our own secret curry marinade then air dried to seal in the freshness. As with our mustard, our aim is to provide flavour rather than heat. So our curry flavour although uses many of the herbs and spices available to Indian cooking, without too much of the heat. As with chilli flavour, the heat will develop as you chew through the pack.
