Beef Jerky Curry flavour
Our Curry flavour is made using our own secret marinade and topped with an oversprinkling of curry. The result is you get an instant 'taste' and smell of curry from the surface. However, as we have introduced curry to our own marinade, you get a fuller flavour as you chew through the pack.First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs. Next we marinade and when ready, we air dry them and chop into strips ready for you to eat.
