Beef Jerky Cracked Black Pepper flavour
Our Cracked Black Pepper flavour is made using our own secret marinade then then topped with crunchy pieces of cracked black pepper to give you that 'zing' of heat in your mouth as you chew. All our jerky is air dried to seal in the freshness.The Process
- First, we slice our meat from whole topsides which weigh approx 10-15 kgs.
- Next we marinade and when ready,
- we air dry them and chop into strips
- and vacuum pack ready for you to open up and eat.
At all stages, the aim of all our processes is to bring to you the best tasting jerky we can.
